RPI skid plates New

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Sold....to myself

Thanks to MFGJR for the idea. Was a bit of a PITA getting into the space to place a washer and bolt, but I got it worked out.

Sorry Lon!

I have a new pair set of Skid plates up for sale. After purchasing I found out that my passenger side lip is jacked and the screws won't bite in to hold the plate in place. There may be a minor scratch from test instal but they have never been used. Selling for $55 shipped. This is an ~ $15 dollar discount over new when shipping is included.

PM me with questions.

If you'd still like to use them yourself, remove the plastic push rivets holding the fender liner to the bumper cover, and you can access the inside of teh "fang" and attach the plate using a bolt, nut and washer. It's all felxible.

For more info on the push rivets, search for a DIY on removing the bumper cover.

Hmm good point...thanks for the thought. I feel silly not thinking about that myself. Might hold onto them, but pics possible later, out at the moment.

If you're watching the Raiders somewhere you may just as well come home...

Ha, no I hate the Raiders. Born and raised in Missouri and am sadly a diehard Chiefs fan. Not sure if it's much better right now, but I tell myself it is.

Hey John, maybe I'll buy these from you. I haven't gotten anywhere with sponsorship for new front splitter, so I may as well put these on the new front bumper
Will hit you up if you can't sell elsewhere
