Z4M Akebono Front Pad fitment question

Hey everyone. Just got finished installing Akebono pads on my Z4MC. Parts ordered from FCP. I noticed the front pads do not make full surface contact with the rotor. The worn OEM pads I removed did.

The rear Akebono's look fine and make full contact.

FCP is saying the fronts are correct and fit....

The PN I got was EUR946. Meanwhile ECS tuning lists EUR946A for the e46 m3 and Z4MC.

Please tell me I am not crazy and this is not correct. About to return these to FCP and get them from ECS and be done. Does anyone have Akebono's on their car that can check for me? Thank you!

Thanks for the photo! Any idea if your pads are Akebono part number EUR946 or EUR946A?

Garage List
Something is amiss. I just swapped my akebono street pads (from FCP Euro) for PFC08s and I had full rotor coverage
