Installed
So I went with the LeatherZ leather pull covers as suggested and they are very nice. Not thick and hard to install like I imagined, but thin and tight and nicely done. They are expensive, but feel great.
Also installed the black airbag emblems to even out the door and complete the Black and Tan conversion. I am happy with the look. Considering installing the black door elbow pads from them, but not sure if that would be too much black.

Looks good. This really helps blend the beige interior into to black of the dash. I see that you did both the actual pull and the cover. If you have a chance to take another picture that shows more of the dash along with the door, I would love to see that. Thanks!

Sure, kind crappy, but maybe what you want?
You can see from the one I went black with the e brake and shifter as well. I think it ties pretty well. I am not sure about the arm rests.....might be too much black on the door? http://leatherz.com/product/Z4DoorArm.html

Yeah, it might be too much. Love to change that silver around the shifter e brake to black as well..........maybe later. =)

Looks fantastic! I'm on the mini parts quest to tie in my interior as well. For the shift knob, an anodized black one would be durable and look good IMO. Cheers

Not a big metal shift knob fan. Like the looks, just don't care for the feel.

I never did find them, so bought the leather ones instead and put them with the the black backs.
