Wheel Spacers

Thinking of adding spacers to my roadster. What size looks the best on the rears ?, Is 15mm enough ? Is 20mm to much. I have run flat tires.
Thanks for your opinions.

20 will give you wobble most times. 15 looks pretty nice, go with the turner ones, plus the stud conversion.

stud conversion is worth its weight in gold, every time you take the wheels off you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

OK 15mm on the rear it is then. I might as well do the front. What do you suggest for the front, smaller I would think, 10mm or less ?

You also need either extended lugs or a stud conversion.

I just did the rears and went with 15mm. You can see the pictures here.

http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=987793

I think 20mm would still tuck in there just fine though. I tried them up front and I did not like the 15mm up front at all, too much tire eased for me from the front.

I went with the turners and they fit great.

I run 25mm on my stocks and I'm fine with OEM sized tires, even when I air all the way down. I have 15mm up front with OEM sized tires and that cuts it close when I'm most of the way down.

Oh and no wobble here and I drive 350+ miles a week on them.

What did you end up putting the front ?

On mine it's 15mm fronts, 20mm rears purchased on ebay (hub centric and included longer wheel bolts - sorry don't remember price). No interference, no problems.

20mm on the rear is no problem (tested to 174mph, no stability problems). No rubbing either. (stock 255 R18 rear tyres)

15mm on the front can give some rubbing (stock tyres/rims) on the inner plastic wheel housing with (eibach) lowered springs and cornering really hard and sharp.
Especially the lowering is the cause in that.

3798J's 15mm fronts look much better than mine did, but we have different wheels as well. Mine were just slightly sticking out of the wheel well. Just a shade past flush.

His look great.

I left my front with no spacer at all. I may try a 10mm up front, but left them with no spacers and put the 15mm in the back. The rear certainly can stand 20mm I believe as I still have a little room left with the 15mm for sure.

The pics on my old post in the "after" side are 15mm rear and no spacers in the front.

This is 15mm rear and no spacers in the front as well where as my sig (harder to see I know) is stock.

Not the best shot to see but 15mm up front and 25mm in the rear with 225/45/17

Stock suspension? Fenders rolled? Any rubbing along the inside or outside of the tire?

Bagged, fenders are slightly rolled. Minimal rubbing in the front, over large bumps it'll rub on the liner. At a more conservative "sport drop" height I have zero issues. Rear has tons of room. Pictured is about 3/4 the way down.
