fuel pump whine?

So, with the valve clicking issue solved (hasn't come back since the head replacement), I'm now getting what I think is a noisy fuel pump noise.

At idle, it's a even mid-high pitched sound.

When the windshield wiper is on, each time the wiper swipes, you hear the noise lessen a little.

When I throttle the car, the noise dies some.

I can't place the sound, but it's definitely behind the seating area.

Maybe time for a fuel pump replacement?
