Rear is flush front could use 6mm spacer.

Fronts will fit, may stick out a hair. I think I read 8.5 et32 is perfectly flush. I Just picked up 8.5 et35 and its behind the fender just slightly.

Rears I'm pretty sure will fit, and will be close to flush/maybe in a hair without spacers

Is your Z4 M or non M? If non M 10" ET30 is too low offset. I have 10" ET41 w/265/30. Tried 3mm spacers and i rubbed a little. But my Z is lowered.

I'm runing 18x8.5" with ET 33 (ET 38 without the 5 mm spacers) up front and 18x10" ET 27 (ET 32 without the 5 mm spacers) in the rear and it's lowered. Almost flush IMO. Would be no problem runing ET 30 up front. I have 0 rubbing right now and there's still room.
