Don't get me wrong, they have been a great tire. However, they are expensive, and for the money RS3s have more dry grip. And say what you want about their wet characteristics but a friend set FTD on a few hours sleep on a wet course and RS3s. At this point I plan on having dedicated 17s for autox, and while the RE11s are a great compeition/street hybrid tire (VERY streetable) they are a waste of resources for dedicated street use. So i'd probably move to 18" DW's for the street and 17" RS3 competition tire.
