Quick header question

I know there's a lot of material in the forums (and I've bookmarked most of it) but I cannot find a reference to this simple question.

Is the BMW M3 E46 3.2L header (from 2005) compatible with the 2007 Z4M?

I have seen references that some versions/years/models may not be compatible with the Z4M... and there are other references that seem to contradict this without much comment about specific compatibility requirements.

Yes, I realize I may have to whack one with a 5 pound hammer to gain clearance. Yes, I also know about relocating cats etc. No problem there.

Reason for asking? I may have a set literally falling into my lap but there's no point in taking them if they're not right.

Thanks for your patience and assistance.
