hello,newbie here! lost power to top,windows !

hello every one! I'm new to the forum,I try the search but can not find anything specific to my problem! . two days ago the top stooped working, no windows drop, nothing, no red light flashing. today I tried to lowering the windows with the key in the door, to see what happens, and guess what! windows did go down but know they will not go up or do anything at all! please help! I dont care much about the roof but if the windows dont go up I can not drive it at all! rain is coming! thanks! I did check all the fuses I can find under glove box.

Try putting the key in the lock and turning it in the other direction. Also try the window switches inside the car. Does the car otherwise start and run?
