Tuner
Without wanting to travel to the ends of the earth, any recommends for a custom tune on dyno within reasonable travel from Charlotte, NC?
Reasonable from NC would be up to, but not including Oregon. LOL Your success stories and recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks. Last edited by RedOctober; 10-14-2016 at 12:50 PM.. |

that would depend on your requirements?
A lot of tuners now offer self flash, but if you need a dyno, that would limit your options.

Shipping the car OS? Where too?
A lot of places these days offer remote tune, where you can utilize an internet attached dyno and you can optimise it without the need of having the tune developer at the same spot. |

Really need to get everything sorted out in the States before sending, hence I'm open to some tried-and-true dyno tuning suggestions. |

I'll give them a ring today and see what we can put together. Are you familiar with them or know someone with experience from them? Just curious. |

They're pretty well known and I've exchanged messages with them and have been impressed with their knowledge. They were one of the few tuners to come up with a custom tune for the diesel and they design their own in house downpipes. If I were in NC they'd be my first choice for a dyno tune.

Hey RedOctober I live in Charlotte as well!! I have my Z4MC tuned by Evolve but if you want a custom dyno tune, I would say go to CES Motorsports in Monroe. They have a couple of very dependable e36 M3s that are 700+ HP and some 335 single turbo setups as well. The tuner they use is Nick G out of FL but he would remote in while your car is on the dyno.
