Rough start

As its gotten a little colder my car has been having some issues starting, sometimes it takes turning the key twice. If i have to basically turn the car on and go it runs rough like shutter or sputters until it heats up just passed the blue to the first line. Most times i let it warm up and there's no issues. I know the issue is solved by letting it warm up but in a situation where i cant thats what i need to know.

Does the car have a rough idle after it starts?

Have you tried running a couple of tanks of techron concentrate through? Injector issues may be exasperated in the cold.

I noticed a rough start and blue/gray smoke at startup yesterday. I'm going to run a tank or two worth of Techron through to see if it fixes it.

No rough idle, only when i try to go anywhere. Ill pick up some techron and see if that helps!

might be the battery, any idea if / when it was changed?

It was bought brand new before deployment and had a Battery Tender trickle charger on it whole being stored at my dads. Also he took it out from time to time and drove it around too
