Swapping wheels with Tire Pressure monitor

Anyone have any experience doing this themselves?

I purchased a new set of winter wheels and tires from BMW a few weeks ago. The dealership put them on for me and I've got my summers in storage.

Just wondering if anyone has done their own wheel changes - the main issue being set up of the tire pressure monitoring system.

Are there any concerns with taking the wheels off/puting the new wheels on with respect to the tire pressure monitoring system? Is it simple to connect up? Or is it a hassle and better to have the dealership do it?

My Z4 Si was built in April/06 (I read somewhere the tire pressure monitoring system changed mid-2006).

Thanks!
