07i N52 Spark Plug gap
I read a lot of threads on make sure you gap them, I dl a doc that says do not adjust, etc.
Whats the gap ? I can't check the gap if I can't find the info... Its like a mystery.. If anyone knows.. thanks.

If you get the NGK iridiums they need to be gapped, I believe it's .032 The Bosch Plat +4's I think are .040, just make sure you don't drop them when installing it can change the gap...

Have you seen the Bosch Plat +4's (from post #2)? How do you get those Bosch Plat +4's to .040 gap? As previously mentioned, the 4-electrode type already comes pre-gapped and no need to gap them.

The Bosch Plat +4's come pre-gapped with .040 is what I was saying. But the recommendation for the NGK iridiums is a gap of .032 and you have to gap those yourself. The +4's would virtually impossible to gap yourself. Thus, if you were to drop one by accident and the tips hit something like oh idk.... The concrete, (because they slipped out of your worn spark plug socket) the gap could be compromised...

Read all the way through this thread http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=771325. The gap for the plugs on the n52 motor is 0.043 not 0.032 like on the M54's. When I checked the gap on my new PLZFR6A11S plugs they were all within .001 of 0.043 out of the box. I installed them that way in my 3.0si and everything runs fine.
