Z4 roof problem

Hi. I\'ve got a Z4 and on a few occasions I\'ve found it in the morning with either it\'s roof down or it\'s windows open. At first I thought I had sat on the remote but it seems to be doing it on it\'s own. Is this a known problem and if so does anyone know the fix?

Disconnect your battery (negative cable) for a few minutes (30 minutes if you have it) and then attach it back and see if it happens again.

I recall this happening on the E46 (3 series of the same heartbeat and years-ish) and it seemed to be a bad GM5, dying battery, door actuator, bad remote key battery (or just defective key) or just general freak habit the computer learned (which is what the negative cable off will attempt to fix, just resets it).
