I thought most modern performance cars were SS on the inside as well, with a rubber coating on the outside?

Meh. I guess we can agree to disagree. Shops are busy. Promises are made and, while we'd love to have those always kept, they aren't. Instead of sitting around waiting, I typically just call again. They have the information I want and being proactive is always a good way to be.

And I do understand the frustration just not feeling compelled to write up a post. Just call instead. (That's my only point, really.)

ok update, after waiting TMS is handling this whole ordeal for me and they even got the shipping for me, now its a matter.

I would like to apologize for venting and regressing to the maturity that of a 5 yr old when he doesnt get his toys.

TMS has shown me that they care about their customers and I am happy to say that I will soon have some SS brake lines! (at least the kinds that fit)

I bought my coilovers from Drew. They didn't come with adjustable spanner wrenches like they should've from H&R. I contacted Drew after the sale and he sent me the wrenches at no cost. I've had good luck with Turner. I hope they take care of the OP.

If they acknlowledge their mistake (assuming they made one) and get you the correct part then I dont see what else they can do. However if they blow you off for an extended period then yea - bad service.
