XM/Sirius With 662 Bus Radio

I just purchased an E85 2008 Z4 to replace (after 15 years) my 2002 3.0i Z3. The "new" Z4 is equipped with a 662 Business Radio, 692 CD Changer I-Bus Prep, and 639 Cell Prep. What are my options for being able to receive XM/Sirius radio?

I do not want to replace the BMW head unit as I ultimately did in my Z3. Originally in the Z3 I had an adapter and XM radio installed in the trunk that was plug and play with the BMW Business Radio I-Bus but it was not at all friendly to change XM stations so I eventually replaced the entire head unit. I am hoping to do something similar here but have been away from keeping up with this sort of thing I have no feel for what is now available.

You're probably looking for something more integrated, but this works for me:
