RJ 11 to micro usb?

Previous owner had the Z4MC hardwired for his Valentine V1, which I believe uses an RJ11 power input. I don't use a radar, but would like to take advantage of the hardwire for my dashcam that uses micro usb.

Does anybody know if I can just use an RJ11 to micro usb adapter? Any differences in input that I should account for? Thanks in advance!

The RJ11 for the V1 outputs 12V. Dashcam micro USB are 5V. So, it won't be just a simple adapter.

Ahh that's what I thought. I guess I'll have to undo this hardwire and do a new one for the dashcam.
