Beautiful coupe Dan.
If I was on the market, it would be SOLD. Good luck with your sale; however, I say make it your race car

Wait a minute...your car needs the interior stripped, roll cage, fire system, and a few other odds and ends and it's there. You are SO much closer than I am you might as well just take a few more steps.

Nicely modded, clean and subtle. Wish I was looking for an M. As others have asked, interested in bar info. GLWS

Correction
In my original post I stated the following: "This car saw a day at CMP (Carolina MotorSports Park), Road Atlanta, and Barber MotorSports Park. I didn’t have any offs or spins and never missed a shift." It has been pointed out to me that I also did a track day at Little Taladega Gran Prix. I had a brief spin, on pavement, and put both feet in, not stalling the car or going off track. This was 3+ years ago and when I wrote up the OP I forgot this happened with this car. I want to be sure I represent the car and it's history accurately. Here's the video if anyone wants to see it. It occurs at 1:10 seconds. (Don't mind the sound...the ChaseCam microphone wasn't working properly. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...1865769151683# Thanks, Dan

Read posts 15- 18. I am taking the bar out and bringing it to the person who fabricated it this coming Friday. I called him and left a voicemail a few days ago to coordinate it with my trip to Road Atlanta. I'll post next week to let everyone know what's going on.

Good news! I talked to Kirt a few minutes ago and we are going to meet up tomorrow so I can give him the bar. I don't know what his ETA is on getting some done but he plans on making 6-10 of them for now.
I know this thread is a FS thread but since I have a deposit for the car and expect it to be sold in a matter of weeks I don't care that we are off topic. I am not selling the harness bars so everyone interested will need to get in contact with Kirt in the next few weeks (or whenever he has some made). From what I can tell there are 3-5 people interested in this so I'll post back on this thread early next week. I'll be racing this weekend but if he gives me a definite price I'll try to post the info sooner. By the way, I'm driving over an hour out of the way with truck, trailer, and race car so you guys owe me some gas!

It took about 15 minutes to remove the bar. I took a few pics so everyone could see how it looks and mounts. It requires removing the b pillar interior trim pieces and installing 2 nutserts into each b pillar. (No drilling required)

As one of the interested parties, thanks alot for the bar "sidebar". Kirt was quick to get back to me and I look forward to hearing they are ready to ship!
