Valve Adjustment and what else?
Bringing in the car for a valve adjustment, replacing rod bearings with new treated ones with arp bolts. What else should I upgrade or check out while completing this job?

Is the cryogenically treated hub not worth the extra $100? Will you be upgrading the oil pump disk at well?

I don't know anything about cryogenic treatments so I'd rather buy the beefed up C300 version. With this beefed up version you don't need to upgrade the disc because the beefier tabs fit the OEM disc more snugly.

The upper timing chain guide that tensions the chain.
It's plastic, about $15, and there's M3 threads showing many of them worn through. I have the C300 hub and I'm very near pulling the trigger on a rebuilt Vanos and doing the chain guide and tensioner. (102k miles. Figure the Vanos and chain guide have had a good run.)
