At Dealer for Inspection I

It does make you wonder when they don't report the tolerances. On the other hand, that's reasonable answer they gave: they wouldn't order a shim kit (expensive) for each car, and the each kit has several shims in each size and you'd just keep a couple on hand for the work. (I have a kit in the garage; next valve adjustment is going to be DIY--probably with a bit of help from another forum member who is local.)

Given that they found your PS leak, fixed it, and even replaced the M Mobility kit, IMO there's a good chance they did the valve adjustment work. Am I sure? No, but a lazy *** dealership or lazy *** tech wouldn't have bothered with the Mobility kit, nor would they have looked for an found the PS leak. Sounds like a pretty good dealership.
