Best deal seems to be the "15th Anniversary Edition" that you get if you pre-order from Gamestop.

Agreed, Gamestop is the better "deal". Cash was never an issue in the game. You run races, and earn enough cash to buy the next car, rinse, repeat.

If you want to own this game and don't have a wheel, do yourself a favor and pickup a wheel! World of difference!

Agreed. I love my g25 and don't see how I could play the game without it. Just worried about compatibility issues with ps4. Might have to trade all my shit in and get new stuff!

There is NO comparison. The wheel and a good stand make the game exceptional GT4/GT5 Forza... Just need to find the time

You know. I almost bought a 360 and Forza. But I found out that the force feedback on the g25 wouldn't work. So I said screw it and never bought one.

I've been a long-time casual gamer on the Gran Turismo series, but never bought a wheel. Probably because that's about the only game I ever play, and only a few times a year at that. But with GT6 coming out, it seems like a good time to invest! What do people recommend?

Only thing that kept me from buying a wheel is that I'd be compelled to buy a stand/mount, seat, pedals, etc. etc. Lol.

I'm tall and the angle for the pedals is *okay*, but I don't know if I'd buy it again.

Here's my rig. Logitech G27 + Virtual Racing Chassis. The VRC is more of a Formula sitting position and very comfy. I attached a Buttkicker to the seat, which is quite awesome. I spent hundreds of hours behind the wheel in GT5, so the price was worth it.

I did regular online events with a group of friends. Here's one of my more epic battles in the McLaren F1 GTR. I'm stoked I can finally drive a Z4 race car in GT6. You couldn't even supercharge the stock Z4 in GT5, so there were limited event options with it.

They're really loud + hardwood floor echo. To the pedals' credit, they're still as solid as they were brand new. The G27 is a quality product for sure.

Preordering from Gamestop now.

I preordered the deluxe GT5 version that came with the 1:43 GTR race car model and chrome line cars. It was nice. Too bad Amazon has only the $1mil bonus... cash is no big deal (especially since the early races are either for cheap cars only, or you could use the bonus preorder cars). I've hit the cash cap multiple times in GT5. Why do they even have a cash cap? I was "forced" to say "I need to get rid of cash. Guess I'll by a Ferrari Formula One car!"

Great idea but i tell you. that pole in the middle sure is a pain in the ass. I would like a full seat I just don't know if I can justify the cost.

So it took a long time for my pre ordered copy of GT6 to get to me and after playing for awhile I finally cashed in my code to download the cars. I dont have a Z4 GT3..... did I miss something?

No. They must have changed the lineup or something, or maybe the regional info was incorrect. I ended up buying my Z4 GT3 from the dealership anyway.
