hmm, I think that is just for spectator entry to the track on any test night. Not sure it's for a participant pass? Hard to tell from the fine print.

Really? The way it reads is that on test and tune nights you can join. Just checked the Bandimere website, $30 to participate, so I think you are correct.

Well it says something about a car show after test and tune, so i'm not sure.

Spectators are normally $10
Participants are normally $35
