Hot brake vibration

I replaces the brakes on my 2006 3.0 Z Coupe with the Bavarian auto slotted drilled rotors and cool carbon pads. They work quite well on the street. However on a track when they get hot, there is some vibration. The braking force is fine, even better when hot than cold, just some vibration. It feels almost like the ABS is engaging though I don't believe this is the case. Any thoughts on this?

This only happens on the track?

Uneven pad deposits. Pads are probably exceeding or close to MOT.

See this thread. Same pads. Should give some ideas, including braking technique and pads.

Yes, only when they are hot. A curiosity of the Bvarian Auto rotors is that the veins are not directional though the slots and holes are. So they can be mounted to rotate in either direction. I currently have them rotating the opposite of how a circular saw blade would rotate. I wonder if that would change things? I think that tomorrow, I will call Bav Auto and see if they have any thoughts on the subject as well.
