Triangle Strut Brace

Does anyone know who makes this or a lead on who installed this:

I found it in this thread:
http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthre...=351195&page=4

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
GT

No idea. Sorry! But if the are flex points / hinges I'm seeing there that are built in I don't see the point. Not seeing link--might be I'm on mobile.

Rogue Engineering has a three point "triangle" brace. Strong Strut is the other option, but not a triangle. Be aware the Rogue install is a process not just a bolt/unbolt exercise.

Lastly there are two versions of the bolts used for the firewall. Stretch bolts, one use, and nuts reusable with locktite. Torque values are different and bolts require angle torque. See this post. http://www.zpost.com/forums/showpost...0&postcount=25

I know that didn't answer the question but I'm betting the peripheral answers may be useful.

Dinan is another option. Less carbon fiber but depending on what you've got going on under the hood that might be a good thing.

Good point. Still, I prefer fewer moving points especially in the plane of motion, and not having another set of fasteners to give thought too. Function is the primary concern for me, and if the hinged model does the job and looks good, then .

^ I agree Ron. Hinged points are not as structurally sound.

OP just take your OEM bits to a powder coater to dress them up.
Mine cost $100 to do locally

Excuse the dusty engine

That's the bar made by ARC (Auto Refine Co Japan). I tried to order it a while back but the wait for it was 6 plus months so I cancelled. May be worth looking into if you can wait.
