Question Z4 question

I have 17 inch wheels/tires, can I put 18 inch wheels/tires instead? That would fit right?

Yes (see above), but why? Unless you plan to track the car, it will ride better and there will be less tendency for wheel/tire damage with the 17's.

Also depends on the tire profile. the second number in the tire specs.
For example: 275/45/18. 45 is the height of the tire based on the percentage of the 275.

So if you put 18s on, you need to adjust the tire sizes so the entire wheel and tire isn't much larger or smaller than your 17s wheel and tire. Did I make sense?

Some people enjoy the cosmetics of an 18" wheel over a 17" wheel. Myself included.

I believe even 19" fit on the Z4 although there may be slight rubbing issues with 19" at full turn.

I have stock 18's and I dropped my Z on its belly basically, I only rub with a big bump and can turn from lock to lock (all the way left, all the way right) with no rubbing.
