I am almost, but not totally sure, that the dealer must calibrate the new sensor...
I think it is item two (2). http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...11&hg=13&fg=15 or item three (3), same P/N. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...03&hg=12&fg=10 |

Just pursuing through the TIS, here is a PDF on the basic adjustment procedure.
Ocha would have a much better explanation. |

I bet Ocha has the answer I'm surprised the car hasn't gone into limp mode with a TPS error. Didn't you have an air/fuel error code before? this might be fuel pump or filter because of load induced stutter. I would think a TPS error would cause limp mode...from previous experience. I bet it's a fuel delivery problem...be careful with this one.

yea im glad this happened RIGHT before all the mods : euro headers, euro cats, valve adjustment, Oem clutch, CDV, Short Shift Kit, i was just about to have it all dont this week or next but now I have to focus on this....
i think Im gonna start with the fuel pump then lines then the regulator and pretty much do this carefully.... i guess p11od can mean plenty of things... |

exactly! codes with generic descriptions don't tell the whole story. I would assume the worst...maybe a fuel delivery problem which is lean, which is very bad.
