He is adopted from a shelter, so I'm not sure of his breed but I think he's got a bit of British Blue in him. And No, he is not hypoallergenic. He sheds enough hair to knit sweaters.

But he's the best alarm clock in the world. He bites the light switch in our master bathroom to turn it on and off so that the "strobe" wakes you up. It scared the crap out my sister in-law the first time she housesit for us.

Three dogs here now and three more came and passed, only 3 from shelter I think, wife does all the rescuing; I pack two 50 pounders of dog food in the back of the Z once a month

Yep. Jack Russell and Aussie Cattledog Border Collie mix. And a cat raised by a Rottweiler (more dog than cat).

You're right. That's Mouse, and she's the top dog. The two dogs look to her for direction. No fear, never runs, has no idea she's not a 70 pound dog. Has a really powerful punch (she punches, doesn't claw). Heck, she growls at delivery people she doesn't like! We had a Roomba at one time--she beat the crap out of it.
