Can you confirm? If the non M is softer than M, that would be even better for me

LOL. No I don't know everything. Not even close.
The only thing I can tell you is, that on the E46, which the Z4 chassis is based off of, the bars between the M and non-M are interchangeable. In fact, it's a common "upgrade' to change from non-M bars to M bars. And I can tell you that the Z4 non-M bars are thinner, therefore softer than M bars. You'll need the bar and the bushings, since the diameter of the bars are different size. I suspect it'll fit. With a 90% certainty.

I just did some digging and seems like the e46 rear bar is the same. My front bar is from e46. I would guess z4 is same too. "01 Stabilizer, front D=27MM 31307837885 $164.43 01 Stabilizer, rear D=22.5MM 33552282681 $190.20 Looked around and this seems to be the same diameter as the aftermarket "Z4 bars". In comparison, the Z4 sport package bars are: 01 Stabilizer, front D=25MM 31351096364 $164.43 01 Stabilizer, rear D=19MM 33551094545 $148.28 "
