Do you mean the large trim piece on the pull handle on the armrest? or the small handle you pull to open the door?

Chromeline was an option on the Z4. It gave you a different "chrome" metal look on the door pulls, roll bar covers, steering wheel button covers, seat belt guides, etc....
I have the chrome line on my car so I'm not sure what the regular look was but I think they just called it anthracite vs chrome line.
