P1632 code and will not start right away

Hello, I hope somebody can lead me in a right direction with an issue I'm having with my z. Few days ago on a cold morning my m wouldn't start on the first crank, I had to crank it five times to get it started, I didn't think much of it and dismissed it as being an issue. This morning same thing happened and it took me 10 minutes to start my car, I realized that this is not normal and there is no way this had anything to do with cold weather, so I used my basic iPhone OBDII scan app and P1632 code came up along with p0420/0430 codes which I'm aware of due to aftermarket headers. I did little research and came up with throttle adaptation for this particular code, my question is; did anyone ever had this problem before? Could this be do to an aftermarket headers and no ECU tune? I just want to see if this can be an easy fix like a reset or a certain sensor replacement before I take the car to the shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
