I did my DKF along with headers at the same time and had a significant performance boost to the point that I was pulling MANY car lengths up the back straight on a Z4M w/o headers & DKF.
As soon as they added the same mod, we were nose to tail again.

Yes, the headers were the big gain, but the DKF certainly didnt take anything away.
Yeah, I meant to reiterate that the DKF isn't the problem. Obviously there were no changes when i put the OE back on. When I brought that up originally I only meant that, since that was the only piece he'd never seen before and he'd never seen any issue like this before, that's where'd I'd begin my troubleshooting.

My follow questions above were intended more towards the rear O2's being physically removed...

That's good

I ran without rear O2 for several months with no issues.

I now have them connected with the EGT still in the OE position on the headers.
I have no CEL with no tune on the car.

My understanding is that you need the primary O2 for the engine to run properly, but the secondary rear O2 are just to monitor emissions.

Forgot to update this thread. Discovered a dirty filter and a bad MAF. Thanks a million to Imran and Paul at Evolve for their patience and hard work! It's crazy to think the littlest things can have such a huge effect.

Air filter was my bad, I *SWEAR* I changed that thing when I took her out of the garage this spring. And the MAF, apparently from what Paul was telling me, they just go bad and don't throw a code. I'm still waiting on them to send me the graphs from the dynos, but it's for damn sure I can feel it. The car PULLS all the way from floor 8K! Never knew it didn't until I got her back from them and felt the difference.

Huge thanks to Evolve again. Saving up for that Carbon Box and Alpha-N next...
