Question 03 3.0 Z4 & New Wheels & Tires

I was wanting to replace my stock wheels with the following and was wondering would there be fitment issues.

(4) Lorenzo WL21 B Wheels 18X8 42 Offset
(4) 245/40/18 Continental ExtremeContact DW tires

I really like a staggered setup but that's not really cost effective for me I like the idea of rotation for max tire life.

Do I need to change the offset to something else I would like to run the widest and tallest tire to fill the wheel wells and my concern is the front with a 42 offset.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry forgot to mention this is the NON M and is running stock suspension.

^ offsets are fine, but your tires have possible clearance issues in front and the overall rolling diameter will cause your speedo and trip computers to be incorrect by ~ 2.76% (i.e. actual 60mph while speedo says 58mph, and the trip will count fewer miles travelled than actual miles driven).

When you say clearance are you speaking of the tires possibly rubbing against the inner liner or is it likely that they will be sitting out side the wheel wells?

I do appreciate you input and thank you very much!
