AS Short Shift Kit
This is to the folks that have done this mod. Apart from the shift kit that comes from Auto Solutions, what other items I should order/address and change down there so I don't have to revisit this area in the near future again?

Not sure what your mileage is, but the guibo is something that needs replacing as the mileage adds up.
The rubber ages & cracks with the torque of the driveshaft

Here's a good diy on this. It lists some stuff to do to make the SSK fit together better. Also here is a thread from my install.
I also got new exhaust gasket rings and a new shifting arm bearing. I didn't have to remove the driveshaft to do this. Although it would have been easier to do the work (it would have added time to the whole job though). It would also allow you to check the CV joint/grease at the differential end of the driveshaft.
