are the centers factory painted? i'm wondering if i pick these two up, if i'll be able to match another set, or if i should just take the centers off, and get everything repainted.
also painted, or powdercoated? did you use spacers with these on the front? |

I painted them myself last year. I used Dupli-color wheel coating HWP102 - Graphite
http://www.duplicolor.com/products/wheelCoating/ But it's really easy to remove the centers and put them back on if you want to go with a custom color. Just need a torque wrench and torque back to 22lb-pi. The procedure to torque properly can be found here: http://www.ccwheel.com/technical-repair.php No need for spacer, lot of space between the tire/rim and strut/spring when using coilover. Also fit under the fender with proper alignment and tire size. And I was also able to use them without spacer with my huge Performance Friction BBK. Last edited by Gt4; 02-19-2014 at 10:16 AM.. |
