Its a front plate with the licensed characters that are assigned to the vehicle. No where in the MOT regulations does it say you cannot produce your own plate

Sorry guys, I haven't mastered this messaging yet. Without the quote, you're probably wondering what I'm talking about. I meant to answer the post from SHITBROWNMCOUPE about the ESS supercharger. I had mine installed last year at BimmerSport in Mississauga. I'm thinking about upgrading next year to the VT2-500 if I can get it installed locally.

What kind of job did they do on the install? I had them install a AA kit on an e36 m3 a few years back---had a horrible experience. Did you have any issues?

I had no issues. It was installed Spring 2010 and has been running great since. Maybe it's the ESS quality that makes the difference. I don't have any experience with AA. What kind of problems did you have?

Whose car is this... and any more pics of the headlights? Never thought I'd like the chrome version (over the 3.0 matte chrome) ... but they actually seem to look good here. Nice job.

That is user name Quocp. I really liked the CF wrapped support rods for teh splitter.

I think one of the reasons for the price is the 120K on the odometer

I was thinking that too, but even 120K isn't a lot for these cars/engines. Especially considering 3.0SI's with 120k are still much more expensive. I suppose the mods will depreciate the value in some people's eyes too. There are a lot of 2003-2004 3.0i's with 120k+ selling for around $17k as well right now.

Wish I waited out for this one though. PM'd him for his stock headlights or wind deflector... no luck.

I lost contact with him a while back.
He was looking for the fang fill piece for the APR.
I know at the last meet he was looking to change jobs, maybe that was the reason behind the sale.

...been there done that myself.
