I have an OEM E46 M3 LSD 3.62 , Low mileage.

Short Story is, it has ~44k Miles on it.

Long story is:
It has been in my garage for 8 years.
I purchased it from my friend (we'll call him Mike).
Mike had it for 3-4 years, sitting in the garage planning to 4.10 gears.
Mike purchased it from another one of our friends "Ben"
Ben had purchased it from a junk yard that said it had 44k miles on it.

I had hoped to one day do the 4.10 gears or use it as a replacement if mine should fail.

Need the space in the garage.
