Better pics of the Stromung cans

I had uploaded a couple of quick cell phone snaps to the GB thread but had a chance to take some better shots when I got home. Enjoy!

Before/after - note pictures are not quite to scale and the Stromung pipes definitely fill out the arch in the bumper more without overdoing it

Nice detailing

Tasteful amount of protrusion

Can anyone tell me why people blur out there license plate, unless it is a stolen or rented car at the race track?

Btw, the exhaust looks great

Always wondered this too. We drive around all day with plate numbers out there. With that said, I have a 3 Series for sale online and I blurred the plate.....

Also wondered this. Only thing I can guess is maybe someone will see your car, want it so bad that they figure out where you live from your tag number and then come and steal your car?

The gist is that it's probably not a big deal either way, but your license plate can be used to get some identifying information about the owner (whether through legal meals or otherwise) and the internet tends to expose you to a much broader potential audience of unsavory characters than those who just happen to walk by your car.

I don't always blur my plates (esp if it's a cell phone photo and I'm not doing any post processing) but if I'm already going to be firing up photoshop it takes an extra 10 seconds, so I figure why not.
