Remove the bulb.. grab an extension cord with a hair dryer plugged into it. Put it directly onto the headlight which will warm the lens, allowing moisture to escape. Once its cleared, reinstall the bulb.

i know how mine got in...I have a hole in back of my headlight cover for HID wires to come out. my dumbass didn't seal so it leaked but now it's all fixed no spots inside either

Mine i tink becoz of the impact tht i hit on the water coz tht nite i was driving home n is rainn heavily and the road is flooded and my car stuck in the flood.But today i leave it for a day and he din really dry it up...
