OK I removed the wheels & tires they are perfect. Its funny the dealer was thinking about keeping the car because they thought it was very nice, this is a very high end Posche dealer in Dallas. When i droped it off the car with the factory wheels and no fin & exhaust they decided to whole sale it I think that is Sad such a clean car only 7100 total miles.

Ok the tires and wheels and TPMS instaled with BMW logo caps road force balance the only thing missing is a car.

The fin was removed with no issues dental floss removed it no problem. other than 3m tape resudue still on bottom ege. That can be remove with any product without damage I have the origanal box with glue never used + BMW sticker still inside the fin proof BMW Org.

The exhaust looks good the cans have some small dents Tips look good not perfect I can take pictures. I was worried about noise but after the install the exhaust sounded nice you could controll the drone with pedal not bad and I am older guy. I could talk on blue tooth no issue/conv could be load not sure just a guess. OK

Ok I will add up & post pricing in the morning need to go over receits I can take pictures just email me have many of wheels from recent car shows + I purchased wheels & tires less than 1800 miles ago in May 2009.

wheels 10 inch fit perfect fronts not as aggresive look good.

I'm in Denton and may be interested in the Exhaust. Cash and carry if it looks good. Let me know.

p.s. I've not made any of the Classic BMW Cars and Coffee just for that reason; I may be tempted to trade

PARTS STILL FOR SALE JUST LET ME GET to TUESDAY

Everyone I spoke to nothing has changed we can make the transaction on late Tuesday if not Wed. I dont have time to pack product up for shipping.

Late Wed I purchased a pre-owned BMW M5 with 12,000 miles to be my DD I traded two perfect cars my M coupe & my 08 VW toureg that had a note at 0%.

Unfortunately the M5 had to be returned to the dealer on Saturday. I will never buy a car in the rain again. Saturday morning I decided to detail the M5 instead of going to a car club meet. While cleaning the car I noticed the top of the car felt like sand paper not tree sap. I decided to start claying the car. The guys who dose my clear bra happened to call me while claying the car, I am very happy I answered that call. He was going to give me a quote until I told him I felt a heavy tree sap all over the top of the car. He said it sounded more like overspray so he decided to come out and take a look at the car. His family owns body shops and he has been in the industry for over 30 years. After an extensive/detail look over the car he notice the front hood, bumper, driver side front q panel & part of the driver’s door have been repainted. He showed me under the driver’s mirror were they tried blending the paint. He said it was a decent job but I bought this car because I liked it and it was a low mileage no previous damage traded in from one of their best repeat customers that takes great care of his cars. I know it sounds like the grandmother that only drove the car to church on the weekend. Its a clean car the paint work even fooled the cocky sales manager that gave me a history leason on how to spot damage on cars. I called the General Manager of this very high-end dealer and he said they will do whatever I want return/cash back but the bad news my Vw trade is gone all they have left is the M Coupe. I am in sales and need a 4 door carand ould never drive my sports car every day because I cant. That is why I thought an M3 4 dooror a M5 would be perfect. The M5 has a clean car fax but I never trusted it as a 100% accurate other than giving me some additional history on the car I was buying.

Monday is going to be a very interesting day

I guess glass half empty or half full. I try to think it as a + that I found out before it was to late. This is a highend dealer they have BUGATTI, LEX , MERC, PORSCHE & many more. I have bought many P cars from them and I think they will correct the mistake.

All back to normal wow took 6 days. The dealer wanted me to keep the M5 offered me a lot of cash but after looking deeper into the damage they called surface I found revits in the engine bay. Next to the driver side strut tower their is a beam that helps hold the fendor on it looks like half of it was replaced. I compared it to another M5. I was lucky I would have been pissed if I found this many months after owning the car. VW credit gave me my 0% back on the VW all back to normal other than all the time I spent. I took my M Coupe to CAR MAX today they offered me 32k They said it was the cleanest car they have ever seen. I think I will put it up for private sale.

I am ready to start shipping parts for those who are interested I will send out emails, if I dont get replys by Sunday I will start a new post.
