DIY Headlights Removal

Is there a DIY Headlights removal out there, I tried to search but only saw bumper removal.

By the sound of it, it's pretty much straight forward once you get the bumper off according to the guys who did the angel eye mod.....

I swapped my headlights for the no orange stripe ones ('05 i think). Removed the bumper and then it was just unbolt the lights and bolt the new ones in place, then put the bumper cover back in, then do it all again twice because I didn't like the gaps and had to see what I could do the make them perfectly symmetrical. I found the solution for that. While doing the bumper cover for the third time, I got an emergency call from work, put everything back in place and drove in, then decided to live with the gaps.
