For sale is a beautiful 2006 BMW Z4 M Coupe. One of 380 produced in 2006, this M is in phenomenal condition. The paint is silver grey metallic and in wonderful condition with no imperfections. The car has no history of accidents or paintwork and has been lovingly maintained by a perfectionist. The interior features black nappa leather with a brushed aluminum trim. There is little to no wear throughout the interior, including the driver and passenger side bolsters. This M coupe is still under CPO warranty which is good for 100k miles or August 2012 and fully transferable. All scheduled maintenance has been done including the 25k mile service. The car has no issues. The car currently has 31k miles and is used primarily in the summer months. It has rarely seen rain and never driven in the snow. The car is always stored in a climate controlled garage. The roof has been painted a jet black, which looks incredible. Most people think the entire roof is glass. The car also has a clear bra treatment on the front bumper, 1/3 of the hood, side mirrors, and side skirts. It seems like theres quite a few of these in Boston. Anyways, did it sell local? I am curious as I plan on selling mine soon. I just wanted to know if it sold due to the forum or were there other means of advertising did you use that worked? Thanks

I bought it. I flew to Boston on Thursday afternoon, bought it on Friday morning and drove back to Cincinnati on Friday and Saturday. Long two and a half days. Drove around 10 hours on Friday and the other 3 on Saturday. Around 900 miles.

Washed it as soon as I got back.

He bought another Z4M that I tried to buy so I asked the owner of the other car to give him my number. He really sold me on it as the car looks excellent and seems to be in excellent shape. Him being on the forum also helped sell me on it as I figure the people here probably on average take better care of their cars than the the ones not and I prefer to buy from an individual.

Cars are sold here all the time. Someone might be upgrading from a 2.5 to a 3.0 or to an Mz4. You should post it here for sale it cant hurt you.

When I thought I was interested in buying one I thought it would make sense to get on this forum and learn about what I would be getting in to, reliability, issues, performance, opinions, etc. Just seeing a car and going out and buying it didn't make sense to me (possibly because I like to over analyze purchases when possible).

I am sure there are others like me. I would post it here and somewhere like Autotrader. Once you write up the add and take the pictures why wouldn't you post it here also?
