Coolant went low

Havnt driven the z4 2004 2.5i in a good 3 months. Last time i drove it. The coolant level was high. The engine was hot and I just finished autocrossing it. Then I drove it 3 months after. For 20 minutes. Redlined it a couple of times, proper warm up also. I park it back and The coolant tank is a little low. The blue liquid is deep down in there. During autoX i topped it off with distilled water. Should I put distilled water in it? Why did my coolant level drop alot? I dont see any coolant leaks anywhere. I do have a leaking oil pan gasket and ofhg.
