I would have replaced all 6 of those things, seems it should be routine maintenance ~ 30k LOL

Thinking the same. Hell; I replaced the plugs at 21,000 miles just because it was apart for Inspection I.

Yup, did the same with the plugs at 24k. Short of going with plasma coils *($$$$)* , just have to keep some on hand.

What is the maintenance interval/mileage for plug replacement for M's (no track time)? I think I'm going to replace all my coils soon and would do the plugs as well if it makes sense.

I think inspection 2, which would be nominally 60k.
I've chosen to replace them on each valve adjustment, nominally 30k. They have crush washer seals, not tapered seats, so you probably shouldn't take them out and then put them back. |

I believe this as well, if I'm pulling them, I'm replacing them. The good news is that the NGK and Denso iridium plugs are cheaper than the OEM two-prong plugs,and they can be gapped (carefully).
