Well I got a call today from my local CA. Tried to tell me that my payments were going to be 817.00 a month. I think its time I find a new CA.

Details -

57,500 MSRP
45,450 Negotiated Price
66% Residual
.00275 MF
24 months / 10,000 miles
1SD

How in the hell can he come up with $817.00 a month?:rofl::rofl:

This was my response to the CA along with the attached leaseguide.com screenshot.

Quote:
I planned on paying - aqu fee, doc fee up front to avoid taxes on
those. I also planned on paying TTT up front as well and not rolling
them into the loan.

2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe
24 Month – Residual 63% of MSRP – .00275 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 53% of MSRP – .00275 Base Rate
48 Month – Residual 39% of MSRP – .00310 Base Rate
60 Month – Residual 32% of MSRP – .00310 Base Rate
Residuals posted are for 15K miles/year. Add 2% to Residual for 12k
mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms

this is the info I was provided by BMWFS on the lease rates.

For some reason I'm getting a VERY different number on the monthly w/
a CCR of 2,500.

The sale price I offered was 45475.

I attached my calculations that I'm working with.

VA is one of the very few states that requires you to pay the sales tax of the vehicle price in full up front.. DId you also add other fees?
Still no where near $817 though..

The CA knew the TTT, SD, MACO, Aqu Fee would all be paid up front - no reason to add that into the equation I would think.

No clue where 817.00 comes from ...

Exactly????
Why the CCR?

There are MANY reasons why you should never CCR.
But this one is just plain silly.
