I have the griot's DA and a rotary with several pads. Compound to use, M105 or Meguiars 105 and Menzerna 203s or PF is what I would use.

I've just reapplied the Leatherique for the first time since this big detail in March 2012. It's a great product. (I kept the seats in this time). I think once a year is about the right interval for this leather process.

I did a coat of Zaino too. I do one about every 3 months. It works for a daily driver.

I think I will be doing the opposite as you this year....I'll take my seats out this time. It was a pain and I made quite a mess when I used Leatherique last year. Loved the results, though....although I should've applied it a 2nd time to the passenger seat bolsters.

Enjoyed going back and reading this thread again. I maintain this car fairly clean. Still using the Zanio on the Z4 and my Ram 1500.

I now have a Groits 6" Orbital buffer that I use on my other hobby car. That is a great tool. I put lights all around the car to get real detailed paint correction.

The 2008 Z4 Coupe will be for sale in Summer 2015. (below pic taken today)
