I would say just paint your calipers. Don't do the clip ons... they look pretty bad.

Not a fan of covers, they look, well, like covers.... Paint the calipers with G2 caliper paint using the color of your choice, red, black or silver. I'd pick black for your black car, the stock calipers are pretty small and red will make the small calipers stand out.

thank you all for your reply!

i dont like the paint at all, it makes the car look cheap, surface its not as smooth as the covers.

but maybe your are right, i have never seen the mgp covers in person.. they are also too expensive for what they are, just aluminum covers.

cheers!

I had them on a prior honda accord coupe I owned. They are way way too expensive for what you get, and once you get close enough to the wheel, they look, well, fake. But if you like 'em, then get 'em! We're just here to dole out our own opinions, which don't matter at all in the long run

I have zero complaints about mine and have been complimented on them on numerous occasions. I've had them on the car for two years and can say that the quality is above average. No chips, flaking, or loss of color. Worth the price imo

I painted mine, only took about 3 hours with beer breaks included. They are holding up very well and I think they look good. If you look at my profile there is a picture of them painted on there.

I painted my Corrado calipers with red G2 paint over 10 years ago and they still look new. There's a hardener you add to the paint to make a tough hard finish. It goes on with a brush, then flows out smooth as glass. I don't understand that painting them makes the car look cheap. IMHO, putting on covers with fake looking bolts makes the car look cheap, but that's just me.

Here's a caliper painted with G2 in silver, the texture is from the sand casting of the caliper itself, which is natural for a cast part, the paint is glass smooth and cleans up easily.

thanks!

I used the G2 paint also, its like an epoxsy finish when done and very durable. I didnt put any letters on mine but they look good and dont collect any brake dust this way. I did them on the car so you dont have to bleed the brakes when done.
