Just left Active (Again)

Just left Active for the second time this week. Today they installed their signature Gen IV headers in my roadie. All I can say is wow. Their tune plus their headers really makes the car move. Next stop, boost!!!

Get the car dynoed
I'm curious to see what it's putting down with headers and their tune. Since I'm still contemplating on whether or not I want to deal with the hassle of headers + CA smog.

Going to see if i can do that next week. I only did the headers cause in Florida we have no emissions regualtions. If I was in Cali not sure if i would deal with the headaches.

No idea on that, but I've also heard that Ebay headers do practically the same, and have not heard of many issues with them. For their extremely low price, I wouldn't mind even if it were to crack or something.

Ironically, I actually already ordered Ebay headers before, but the ones I got had stronger thicker flanges, and I would've had to get extended studs.
1) I didn't want to deal with the extended studs at the time
2) I totally forgot about CA emissions at that point, because I used to always have to special smog my MR2 (which is OBD1). But because M3 is OBD2, it's probably impossible to pass no matter what.
3) I didn't think I was going to do ECU tune at the time, but I ended up getting AA's as their first customer for a good deal
