My 19" are rubbing!!!Help please!!

So for a year now i have been running 19" staggered m replicas on my 2003 - Z4 2.5.
Front 235/35/19 and i believe the width is 8.5mm
Rear 265/30/19 and i believe the width is 10mm
Do not know the offset....wheels were given to me a year ago and when i installed them everything looked fine until yesterday i got a flat rear right and the "inside" of the tire is rubbing big time and totally destroyed the tire. the left one is about to go as well. The wheels do not stick out at all so i was thinking do i need spacers? or a smaller tire... 255/30/19?? help please. thx

What you mean is 19x8.5 inch, and 19x10 inch; not millimeters =P

Anyhow yes, from my experience, you would need at least 5mm spacers to space it out (and not hit anything on the inside) AND go with a thinner tire setup AND/OR roll your fenders for the rears since you'll be spacing them out, and the offset should be a bit aggressive by then.

Yup, 5mm spacer, you could still use your current factory lug bolts. And go with a 255mm or even 245mm wide tire. It also helps if the height of the tire is lower, in case you are dropped on suspension. So go with 255/35/19 or 255/30/19 or 245/35/19 or 245/30/19, etc.

I remove the two rear wheels and i am really confuse..... the right tire seem to have been rubbing against something since the tire has an "L" indention and I find it hard to believe that is due to negative camber.....but i guess is possible....the left tire has a very similar indention but more rounded and not as pronounced "L" shape..... There is a small nut that sticks out which holds a plastic shield that maybe could be responsible when you accelerate and the car drops the back and that would explain why it took so long.... not sure. i am going to start with an aligment first and then maybe a 5mm or 10mm spacer.

Send me some pictures or post here and I will tell you what you need to fix it. Also check your camber/Caster.

You mean camber/toe? I don't think caster is adjustable, especially on the rear.
