Good luck with your search, it sometimes takes a while to find the right combo but something will pop up eventually.

Re the wood interior;
There are options for swapping it out, if you find a car so equipped.

Wood shouldn't be a factor in you purchasing the car. I bought my 2nd Z4M over the summer and it came with the dreaded wood. The same day I bought the car, I tore the interior apart and covered everything in carbon vinyl. Took about 12 hours total to do everything (door handles and steering wheel as well), but it transformed the interior for about $80 in material. Good luck.

True, but it doesn't hurt to be hopeful!

Sure no problem wonton. OP, please excuse my thread crapping for a bit here, but I think it will help you to not fear having the wood interior so much. When I purchased my Z4M, there were a couple things the dealer needed to take care of on the car before I took delivery. This gave me a couple days to source the vinyl (3M 1080). I literally drove the car away from the dealer and began tearing down the interior the moment I got home. I hated the wood THAT much. I've got some experience with vinyl however, this is now the third card I've wrapped. I think the results look fantastic and quite a number of people have commented on how nice it looks. With the top down, the light hitting it makes it look awesome. My car is otherwise stock now, but in the Spring I'm going to be doing quite a bit to it to make it look more wild. At that point, I think I'm going to wrap the pillars inside as well.

Good luck!

True, I've seen the wood painted piano black gloss, and if done properly, it's to die for. Don't dread the wood. 😹 though sometimes my missus does. ; D

Great job with the wrap! Did you write up a DIY on removing the panels and wrapping?

I don't have a limit, within reason. I'm not looking to get ripped off, but not trying to find a steal either. Will pay more for the right car.
