Correct, at least for the 07 Si.

Some folks have reported that theirs did not come with it, least was my understanding.

If you already have one then you don't need it.

I am definitely interested.. What kind of condition is it in? Does it have all parts including the rubber grommet/seal for the firewall? For some reason I can't send you a PM??
